NDO - As of yesterday afternoon, November 1, in Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province, there were still 45 schools with more than 18,000 students who had to stay home from school due to the consequences of the flood. In that situation, together with teachers, police forces, and other units, the Border Guard Command mobilized more than 500 officers and soldiers to help people overcome the consequences of the flood, with the first priority being to clear mud and clean the environment of schools so that students can return to school soon.
