With the spirit of "self-reflection" and "self-correction", taking the collective review results as the basis for individual review, taking the individual review results to supplement and complete the collective review, the conference focused on reviewing the leadership and direction role of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee in 2024 as well as each individual member of the Standing Committee and commanding officers at the same level.

Specifically, in the work of advising and leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of local defense and military targets and tasks; Party building work associated with self-criticism and criticism in the spirit of the 4th Central Resolution of the 12th and 13th tenures on Party building and rectification and Directive No. 05 of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle, along with a number of other important contents.

Discussions at the conference focused on assessing and clarifying shortcomings, limitations and causes in leadership, direction, organization and implementation of local defense and military tasks and Party building work in the provincial armed forces in 2024.

The conference also took votes to evaluate and classify the Standing Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee in 2024. Reviewed, evaluated and classified party organizations and party members during the year. Participated in contributing opinions to the Standing Committee, members of the Standing Committee, and the Head of the Military Region 5 Command.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee affirmed that in 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee and each member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Military Command have promoted their leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of local defense and military tasks and Party building work with many practical and specific policies and measures.

In particular, many tasks were completed excellently, highly appreciated by the Party Committee and the Military Region 5 Command; firmly maintaining the leading flag in the emulation movement to win the emulation cluster of 4 provinces and cities in the north of the Military Region.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to seriously overcome some limitations and shortcomings; focus on improving the quality of politicaleducation and ideological orientation for cadres and soldiers; build a clean and strong Provincial Military Party Committee, a comprehensively strong provincial armed force, "Exemplary and typical".
