Discussions at the conference focused on assessing and clarifying shortcomings, limitations and causes in leadership, direction, organization and implementation of local defense and military tasks and Party building work in the provincial armed forces in 2024.
The conference also took votes to evaluate and classify the Standing Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee in 2024. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to seriously overcome some limitations and shortcomings; focus on improving the quality of politicaleducation and ideological orientation for cadres and soldiers; build a clean and strong Provincial Military Party Committee, a comprehensively strong provincial armed force, "Exemplary and typical".
