The Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the delegation of the Organizing Committee of Bach Sac City Party Committee to organize a training course on Party building work.

On the morning of December 5, in Tuyen Quang province, the Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the delegation of the Organizing Committee of the Baise City Party Committee, Guangxi province (China) to organize a training course on Party building work to enhance exchanges and experience sharing between the two localities.

Attending the training course were comrades: Hoang Quang Nguyen, Director of the Department of Leadership Cadres, concurrently Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Bach Sac City Party Committee, Head of the delegation of cadres of the Bach Sac City Party Committee; Associate Professor, Dr. Ly Viet Quang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Institute and Party leaders (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics ); Do Van Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; together with leaders, cadres of the two Organization Boards and lecturers of the Provincial Political School.

Associate Professor, Dr. Ly Viet Quang, lectured on the topic "Ho Chi Minh's thought on building the Communist Party of Vietnam ".

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Do Van Hung, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, gave an overview of Tuyen Quang province and the provincial Party Committee. The provincial Party Committee has 128 subordinate Party Committees and over 136,000 Party members. He emphasized that the training course is a step to concretize the common perceptions that the senior leaders of the two localities have agreed upon; at the same time, it is an opportunity for cadres of both sides to study, exchange experiences, improve the quality of consulting and organizing the implementation of Party building work.

Speaking at the training class, on behalf of the delegation of Bach Sac City Party Committee, comrade Hoang Quang Nguyen thanked Tuyen Quang province for the welcome and affirmed that during the exchange, the two sides will conduct in-depth research and share experiences in Party building, agricultural modernization, cultural and tourism development... Lessons from the practice of innovation and Party building of Tuyen Quang and Vietnam will help Bach Sac city flexibly apply them to socio-economic development and expand international cooperation.

The Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee presented souvenirs to the delegation of officials of the Organizing Committee of Bach Sac City Party Committee.

Right after the opening ceremony, delegates listened to Associate Professor Dr. Ly Viet Quang present the topic "Ho Chi Minh's Thought on Building the Communist Party of Vietnam", focusing on basic contents and application orientations in the current period.

Members of the training class conducted a field survey at Woodsland Tuyen Quang Joint Stock Company (Yen Son commune).

During the program, the training class went on a field trip to Woodsland Tuyen Quang Joint Stock Company (Yen Son commune) to study wood processing activities. On this occasion, the delegation also surveyed and visited some models of economic development, tourism and Party building work in Na Hang and Lam Binh communes.
