Host nation Thailand has won 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal, temporarily leading the standings. Myanmar is in second place with 2 gold medals. The Philippines is in third place (1 gold medal, 1 bronze medal).
The Vietnamese sports delegation has currently won 4 bronze medals. However, the medal rankings from the organizing committee have not yet been updated, so the Vietnamese delegation, along with Brunei and Timor Leste, are placed in the group with no medals yet.
If the Vietnamese team wins 4 more bronze medals, they will move up to 6th place. Meanwhile, the Cambodian team, despite withdrawing from the SEA Games 33, still appears on the organizers' ranking.
