According to Tran Xuan Dung, Deputy Director of VNPT Ha Tinh, VNPT has completed the connection of the online transmission line to serve the conference at the main venue. The unit coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to survey the area designated for news agencies and journalists to report on the conference before installing the Wi-Fi network system, aiming for a sufficiently strong connection to simultaneously serve 30-40 reporters and journalists.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of the Information, Press, and Publishing Department (Department of Information and Communications) discussed with VNPT network staff about installing a wifi system to support the work of news agencies and press organizations.
The internet connection to the meeting points at the departmental and local levels, from district to commune and ward, has been largely established to serve previous online meetings, so only a check of the connection is needed before the conference takes place.

According to Nguyen Van Sau, Vice Chairman of the Thach Ha District People's Committee, the local authorities have assigned the District People's Committee Office and the District Culture and Communication Center to coordinate with the network provider to re-check the connection at the provincial venue to ensure stable, continuous, and regular communication for the conference.
