On December 31st, the Party Committee of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper held a conference to summarize the Party Committee's work and review the entire agency's activities in 2024. At the same time, outstanding achievements were commended to collectives and individuals who excelled in performing their duties and participating in emulation movements at Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

At the conference, Mr. Bui Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, presented a summary of the results of the Party building activities of the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper Party Committee in 2024.
Accordingly, in 2024, the Party Committee of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper led and directed the agency and its branches to effectively implement the Party's regulations and the Party Committee's working rules for the 2020-2025 term. They successfully carried out political and ideological education for all Party members, officials, and employees throughout the agency, with no Party organization or Party member receiving a reprimand or disciplinary action.

The Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper has successfully fulfilled the political tasks assigned by its superiors, ensuring no errors occur in its publication. It has also implemented numerous social programs beyond the printed page, generating significant impact and contributing to the newspaper's enhanced reputation.
The living standards of officials, employees, and workers throughout the agency are ensured. The political theory level of Party members and officials is constantly improving. The process of personnel planning, appointment, and reappointment is implemented in accordance with regulations.
Awards were presented to individuals who achieved the title of "Outstanding Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level".
Mr. Bui Thanh Liem stated that the outstanding results achieved this year were due to the unity and cohesion within the entire Party committee, from the guiding principles and high determination in implementation, to the efforts of each member of the Party Committee Executive Board and the Editorial Board.
The proactive and positive role of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission in providing advice, and the efforts of the inspection and supervision staff, have contributed to the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work.
Alongside this is the close coordination between departments/offices/representative offices, mass organizations, and the Party committee, especially the consensus of cadres, Party members, officials, and employees throughout the agency, thereby creating the strength that helps the Party committee successfully complete its tasks.

In 2025, the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper is determined to build a clean and strong Party organization, linked with building a strong government and mass organizations, and improving the quality of cadres and Party members. It will organize congresses of subordinate Party branches for the 2025-2027 term, and congresses of grassroots Party committees for the 2025-2030 term.
Continue to strengthen efforts to cultivate and identify new, outstanding individuals for Party membership.

Continue to promote digital transformation throughout the agency, with key areas of focus: digitizing administrative operations and building a digital governance system; applying scientific and technological advancements in automation to boost content production.
Strengthen training and professional development to improve the quality of cadres and Party members, especially reporters and editors. Aim to build a workforce of officials and employees with basic knowledge and foundational understanding of technology and digital transformation to serve new requirements and tasks.
Lead and direct units to effectively implement business and publishing plans. Ensure a good quality of life for officials and employees.
Continuing the "Proud of the National Flag" program with 4 components: "A Million National Flags Accompanying Fishermen at Sea", "National Flag on the Border", "National Flag Route", and "Strong Frontline, Secure Rear"; the "Golden Apricot Blossom Appreciation" program, the "Golden Apricot Blossom Award", the "I Love Vietnam" golf tournament, and other programs and competitions organized by the Newspaper.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, To Dinh Tuan, stated that Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper had gone through 2024 with many difficulties, even fierce ones, due to the impact of the global and domestic situation.
According to Mr. To Dinh Tuan, overcoming the difficulties and challenges in 2024 was thanks to the forecasting of the situation, the careful planning and preparation by the Party Committee and the Editorial Board of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper . In addition, it was due to the unity, solidarity, determination, and willingness to support each other in their work among the departments, staff, and reporters of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.
