
As soon as it entered the East Sea, the storm moved very quickly, about 20-25km per hour, moving steadily west-northwest. Therefore, the storm affected the mainland very early.
On the evening of November 6, on the mainland along the coast from South Quang Tri to Da Nang , the east of Quang Ngai and Dak Lak provinces, the wind gradually increased to level 6-7, then increased to level 8-9, the area near the storm center passed through level 10-12, gusting to level 14-15. The area with the strongest wind was the east of Quang Ngai, the coastal areas of Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces.
Storm No. 13 is also forecast to cause very heavy rain over a very wide area. From tomorrow, the area from Da Nang to Dak Lak is forecast to have very heavy rain with common rainfall of 200-400mm, in some places over 600mm.
In the area from South Quang Tri to Hue, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong, rain is generally 150-300mm, in some places over 450mm.
From November 8, heavy rain in the above areas is likely to decrease.
