On November 29, Bac Giang Provincial Police informed that Hiep Hoa District Police had issued an order to detain people in emergency cases and temporarily detained 11 teenagers to investigate the act of disturbing public order according to the provisions of Article 318 of the Penal Code.
This group of young people all reside in Tan Yen district, Bac Giang, including: NVQ (17 years old, NBHĐ. (16 years old), VTĐ. (17 years old), HXT (17 years old), V.Đ.Đ. (16 years old), NAD (16 years old), HXS (16 years old), NTC (16 years old), LQH (16 years old), NVH, (17 years old), N.Đ.H. (16 years old). Of which, NBHĐ., HXS and LQH are currently defendants on bail in the case of Property Theft handled by the Investigation Police Agency of Tan Yen district.

Previously, at around 9:00 p.m. on November 25, this group of young people invited each other to Hiep Hoa district to cause trouble and beat other young people.
The subjects were riding motorbikes, wearing jackets and masks. When they arrived at the central roundabout in Residential Group No. 1, Thang Town, Hiep Hoa District, the group discovered another group of young men moving in the central roundabout area, so they chased after them with swords to slash them but could not catch up.
Afterwards, the group returned together to the cultural house of Lang Sai village, Ngoc Van commune, Tan Yen district. Here, the subjects continued to bring weapons to Hiep Hoa district to fight. At this time, in addition to the two swords from before, the subjects also brought a pig-slaughtering knife about 3 meters long.

The subjects went from the cultural house area of Lang Sai village to provincial road 295B towards Thang town, Hiep Hoa. When passing the gas station intersection in Ngui village, Viet Ngoc commune towards Trai Co intersection about 200m, they discovered a motorbike driven by Mr. NVQ carrying Mr. NVA, the group of subjects started to accelerate to chase and catch up with Mr. NVQ's motorbike.
Because he was crushed, Mr. Q's car fell onto the road. Mr. Q ran into a house and was not beaten. Mr. NVA suffered facial injuries, broken nasal bones on both sides, and was taken to the emergency room and treated at Hiep Hoa District Medical Center.
