Closing ceremony of the Advanced Political Theory Class K72 B08, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, non-centralized system

On the afternoon of August 29, the Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the closing ceremony of the Advanced Political Theory Class K72. B08, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, non-concentrated system, course 2021 - 2023.

Attending the closing ceremony were comrade To Van Tu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; representatives of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; leaders of the Provincial Political School; representatives of a number of departments and branches of the province.

The advanced theory class K72.B08 of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, non-concentrated system, has 59 students, most of whom are key leaders and managers of departments, branches and sectors in the province. The lecturers teaching the topics for the class are all qualified and experienced.

Taking place in the context of the complicated COVID-19 epidemic situation, which has significantly affected learning, however, the students have overcome difficulties, demonstrated a high sense of self-awareness and responsibility in research, study, and made efforts to complete the course modules, achieving positive results.

At the end of the course, 100% of the students achieved good and excellent results, including 12 excellent students and 47 good students; 7 students were awarded certificates of merit by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Organizing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.

Through the course, students will be able to cultivate theory and improve the political qualities of cadres, leaders and managers, better meeting the requirements and assigned tasks.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Comrade To Van Tu, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, acknowledged, praised and congratulated the results and achievements of the class. He affirmed: Over the years, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has always paid attention to creating conditions for civil servants and public employees to attend training to improve their qualifications and professional skills to meet the political tasks of the province.

Congratulating the students on completing the course content, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee hopes that after the course, when returning to their localities, agencies and units, in the process of leading and directing the implementation of tasks, the comrades will creatively apply the knowledge they have been equipped with into practice, continue to study, cultivate and train the qualities and revolutionary ethics of cadres and party members, research and propose tasks and solutions in the fields of each agency, unit and locality, making an important contribution to socio-economic development, ensuring national security and defense, building the Party and the political system of the province to be increasingly clean and strong.

On this occasion, he also sincerely thanked the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for its attention, coordination and facilitation for Ninh Binh province in training and fostering cadres, especially in improving the political theory level of incumbent and reserve cadres.

He hopes to continue receiving attention, support and facilitation from the Academy in the coming time so that the province's training and development of cadres can achieve better results.
