Patients can pay hospital fees in installments at FV Hospital

The program applies to payment by credit card issued by more than 35 banks in Vietnam. Accordingly, when using any service at FV with a credit card payment of 3 million VND or more, cardholders will be supported by FV to convert to installment payment with a maximum term of 12 months. In particular, when choosing an installment payment term of 3 months, cardholders (patients) are 100% exempt from installment conversion fees, because FV will pay this cost on behalf of the patient.

This is the first time FV Hospital has implemented a program to pay hospital fees and services in installments, with the aim of supporting FV patients in particular and the community in general to easily access health care services, examination and treatment.

The installment payment program helps everyone easily access comprehensive medical services at FV

"This program is applied to over 35 banks in Vietnam. When patients request to pay in installments, FV will support patients to convert directly at the cashier without the patient having to spend time working with the bank. We hope that this program will provide practical support to patients and their relatives through the form of payment division," said Ms. Tran Le Quyen, Chief Financial Officer, FV Hospital.

Dr. Jean-Marcel Guillon, General Director of FV Hospital, shared: "FV is an international hospital, but for many years we have tried to keep the price of medical examination and treatment services lower than hospitals of the same standard in some Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia... And now we apply this practical installment payment program to create conditions for more and more people to access international standard medical services right in Vietnam."

The FV General Director also said that in 2025, the hospital will gradually expand cooperation with social insurance to support payments for patients with state health insurance to use all services at the hospital's departments .
