On the morning of December 3, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision on Mr. Quan Minh Cuong's resignation from the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and his resignation from the position of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mobilize and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and appoint to participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 3.
