Yen Khanh District Party Secretary holds the position of Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Farmers' Association

On the morning of September 26, the Provincial Farmers' Association Standing Committee held a conference to announce the Provincial Party Committee's Decision on the transfer of cadres. Comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and delivered a speech assigning tasks.

Also attending were comrades: Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Hoang Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Office, the Provincial Party Organization Committee, Yen Khanh district, the Provincial Farmers' Association and Farmers' Associations of districts and cities.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer of cadres. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided: Comrade Hoang Van Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Khanh district, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Yen Khanh District Party Committee (term 2020 - 2025), transferred to work at the Provincial Farmers' Association to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association for the term 2023 - 2028, from September 26, 2024.

Presenting the Decision and congratulating the new Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan affirmed: Comrade Hoang Van Thang is a well-trained cadre, matured from the grassroots, experienced in many fields of work and held key leadership positions in many agencies and units. Through various working positions, he has always maintained his political mettle, qualifications, capacity, responsibility, moral qualities, lifestyle, and has been assessed by competent authorities to have completed the assigned tasks well and excellently. With practical experience, along with the process of striving and maturing, he fully meets the conditions and standards to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association. This is an honor, as well as a great responsibility before the Party Delegation and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

Emphasizing the role and tasks of the Farmers' Association, the Provincial Party Secretary noted: The position of Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association is very important, as the head plays the role of leading, directing and operating the work of the Provincial Farmers' Association Party Delegation, and is also a bridge connecting and promoting the strength of rural residents, especially in the conditions of building ecological agriculture , modern countryside, civilized farmers, the process of building new, advanced and model rural areas is at a new development threshold, rural society is undergoing rapid changes.

Therefore, in order to perform well his role and tasks, in the coming time, he requested that comrade Hoang Van Thang continue to promote his capacity and experience; actively study, practice, be dedicated, promote the role and strength of the collective, promote personal responsibility, together with the Party Delegation, Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association to lead, direct, and comprehensively and effectively implement the tasks of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

In the immediate future, it is necessary to pay attention to the task of building and promoting the solidarity strength of the Association in all aspects; pay attention to training and fostering Association officials to meet the requirements and tasks in the new period; take care of the material and spiritual life of members and farmers; actively mobilize and gather members, act as the core in organizing farmers' movements to develop the economy , culture, society, ensure national defense, security, and build new rural areas; strengthen social supervision and criticism; actively participate in giving opinions to build the Party and government, contributing together with the Party Committee, Government and People in the province to build Ninh Binh province to become increasingly rich, civilized and strong.

He also requested the leaders of specialized advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, the leaders of Yen Khanh district, the collective leadership of the Provincial Farmers' Association, and Farmers' Associations of districts and cities in the province to pay attention, help, coordinate, and create conditions for Comrade Hoang Van Thang to continue to strive, complete well and excellently the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Hoang Van Thang respectfully thanked the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for entrusting him with the new responsibility.
