On the morning of July 28, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee received and worked with the Pacific Construction Group, China, led by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - Founder of the Pacific Construction Group, To Thuong Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh welcomed Pacific Construction Group to visit, learn and survey the fields they want to invest in Tuyen Quang . The Provincial Party Secretary discussed with the Group the basic features of the geographical location, cultural identity, potential, strengths and investment policies of Tuyen Quang province. Tuyen Quang was merged into a new province and Pacific Construction Group was the first foreign enterprise to "break ground" in the province.

Currently, Tuyen Quang province is focusing on developing the following areas: Regional connectivity, especially the expressway, thus shortening the time from Hanoi to Thanh Thuy border gate, Tuyen Quang to about 3 hours; building infrastructure for new urban areas; infrastructure for industrial parks; tourism economy; developing border gate economy. With the Resolution of the Politburo on promoting private economic development, the province is committed to accompanying, assigning competent agencies to advise and coordinate implementation, in order to attract large, experienced foreign corporations to invest in the province.

At the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa thanked the leaders of Tuyen Quang province for their warm and sincere welcome. He also said that the Pacific Construction Group was established in 1986 and has been in the TOP 500 largest enterprises in the world for 12 consecutive years, maintaining its position as the world's largest private enterprise in the construction and engineering industry. With its potential resources and experience, the Pacific Construction Group can survey and invest to help Tuyen Quang in the construction sector. Through this meeting, the Group wants to connect with key units of Tuyen Quang province to coordinate in implementing research and surveying potential construction projects in the locality, and set up a representative office in Tuyen Quang.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh thanked Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - Founder of Pacific Construction Group, To Thuong Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute for his advice and experience in development. He emphasized that all development must be linked to planning, so the province must focus on completing the new provincial planning. The province is always ready to accompany foreign enterprises to cooperate and invest, creating development for the province. The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Department of Finance to be the focal point in contacting, cooperating, searching and implementing investment opportunities with Pacific Construction Group.
