Along with that are 4 land use right certificates, house ownership certificates and certificates of ownership of assets attached to the land belonging to Mr. Tran Thanh Dai and Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc Linh, with a total area of ​​6,605.6m2 located on Vo Van Kiet Street, Binh Nhut area, Long Hoa ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city.

1 land use right certificate belonging to Mr. Tran Thanh Dai and Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc Linh, with an area of ​​200m2 located on Nguyen An Ninh Street, Con Dao District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

Two land use right certificates, house ownership certificates and certificates of ownership of assets attached to the land belonging to Mr. Tran Thanh Dai and Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc Linh, and Mr. Pham Van Ru and Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan, with a total area of ​​28,069.6m2 and structures on the land (chicken farm) at DT935, Tien Cuong 1 hamlet, Thanh Thoi An commune, Tran De district, Soc Trang province.

Thanh Dien Company started operating in 2017, with its registered address in Dai Hai commune, Ke Sach district, Soc Trang province, and Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc Linh as its legal representative.

In addition, Ms. Linh also serves as the legal representative for the subsidiary companies, including: Tran Thanh Dai Co., Ltd. and Thanh Dai Trading Co., Ltd.

This is not the first time BIDV has invited an appraisal firm to appraise the collateral assets of Thanh Dien Company. Previously, in March 2023, the bank announced its selection of an appraisal firm for 25 land use rights, including urban residential land, land for perennial crops, and land specifically for rice cultivation. These assets are scattered throughout Can Tho City, with areas ranging from 80 to 1,500 square meters.

In addition to the collateral assets of Thanh Dien Company, BIDV Thu Thiem Branch is also seeking a valuation partner for four properties, which are villas and garden houses in Con Khuong garden house area, Cai Khe ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.

These properties are located on plots numbered 54, 55, 56, and 58, map sheet number 31, Con Khuong garden area, Cai Khe ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city. However, BIDV did not disclose the identity of the customers who mortgaged the aforementioned properties.
