Alcohol distribution license No. 381/GP-BCT dated November 10, 2021, Alcohol distribution license (first amendment and supplement) No. 132/GP-BCT dated April 6, 2023 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Breezy Product Distribution Company Limited.

The reason for the revocation is that the enterprise no longer meets or does not properly implement the prescribed conditions.

Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision on license revocation, Breezy Product Distribution Company Limited is responsible for submitting the original copy of Alcohol Distribution License No. 381/GP-BCT dated November 10, 2021 and Alcohol Distribution License (first amendment and supplement) No. 132/GP-BCT dated April 6, 2023 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Breezy Product Distribution Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

On the same day, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2787/QD-BCT revoking the alcohol distribution license of Viet Huong Ceramic Construction Joint Stock Company.

Alcohol distribution license No. 255/GP-BCT dated July 13, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Viet Huong Ceramic Construction Joint Stock Company.

Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision on license revocation, Viet Huong Ceramics Construction Joint Stock Company is responsible for submitting the original copy of Alcohol Distribution License No. 255/GP-BCT dated July 13, 2020 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Viet Huong Ceramic Construction Joint Stock Company is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.
