Assign Ms. Pham Thu Hang, Deputy Director in charge of the Press and Information Department, to be Acting Director of the Press and Information Department and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

Receive and transfer Ms. Nguyen Phuong Tra, former Ambassador, Deputy Head of Mission, Second Person, Permanent Representative Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations, after finishing her term, to return home, to hold the position of Deputy Director, Middle East-Africa Department.

Receive and transfer Mr. Le Cong Dung, former Minister Counselor, Second Person, Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore, after finishing his term to return home, to hold the position of Deputy Director, Department of Financial Administration.

Receive and transfer Mr. Nguyen Thanh Huy, former Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in Switzerland, to return home after completing his term, to hold the position of Deputy Director, Department of Foreign Affairs.

Temporarily appoint Mr. Nguyen Vu Minh, senior specialist 1/8, who completed the Internship as Deputy Director of the Department of International Organizations, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of International Organizations.
