Through on-site inspections at Division 10 and a number of affiliated agencies and units, the working delegation acknowledged and commended the efforts and determination of the Party Committee and the Command of the 34th Corps in implementing the policy of digitizing records and reforming administrative procedures under the direction of the Ministry of National Defense . In the past time, the Corps has seriously disseminated and developed a plan to specify the contents, targets and tasks in accordance with the characteristics and requirements of the unit; at the same time, it has implemented synchronously and effectively in all aspects of work.

The work of digitizing records and handling administrative procedures is carried out by the 34th Corps in conjunction with improving the quality of online public service provision, ensuring transparency, shortening the time for handling records, contributing to improving the working environment and enhancing management and command capacity throughout the Corps.
Concluding the inspection, Major General Le Van Dung requested the 34th Corps to continue promoting reform solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement; complete the digitization of all remaining records according to the roadmap of the Ministry of National Defense. At the same time, the unit needs to strengthen propaganda about the benefits of digital transformation, linking the digitization of records with the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment; focus on training and fostering the team of staff working in information technology, ensuring the safety and security of the data system throughout the Corps.
