During a field inspection at the 10th Division and several subordinate agencies and units, the working group acknowledged and commended the efforts and determination of the Party Committee and the Command of the 34th Army Corps in implementing the policy of digitizing records and reforming administrative procedures as directed by the Ministry of National Defense . Over the past period, the Army Corps has seriously implemented and developed specific plans to concretize the contents, targets, and tasks in accordance with the characteristics and requirements of the unit; and simultaneously implemented them comprehensively and effectively across all aspects of work.

The 34th Army Corps' efforts in digitizing records and streamlining administrative procedures are linked to improving the quality of online public services, ensuring transparency, shortening processing times, and contributing to an improved working environment and enhanced management and command capabilities throughout the Corps.
Concluding the inspection, Major General Le Van Dung requested the 34th Army Corps to continue promoting reform solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative procedures; complete the digitization of all outstanding records according to the roadmap of the Ministry of National Defense. At the same time, the unit needs to strengthen propaganda on the benefits of digital transformation, linking the digitization of records with the implementation of administrative procedures in an electronic environment; focus on training and developing the team of information technology officers, ensuring the safety and security of data systems throughout the Army Corps.
