Key projects accelerated from the beginning of the year

2025 is the final year of the term to complete the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress. In order to complete key projects soon, ensure disbursement, promote early post-investment efficiency, and take advantage of favorable weather, investors and contractors have focused on implementing tasks in the first days and months of the new year.

At the Dam Nha Mac Interchange Project, on the first day of 2025, the last meters of asphalt pavement were deployed by the contractor, JSC 484, after 4 years of construction with many difficulties. The project will be completed in January 2025, ensuring the conditions for putting into operation.

This is the largest intersection in the province currently under construction on an area of ​​83.4 hectares, designed as a complete asterisk-shaped interconnecting level with 8 branches with a total length of 8.095 km. This is the intersection connecting the Ha Long - Hai Phong expressway with the riverside route, a new driving force for the western localities to accelerate development.

At the riverside road project connecting Quang Yen - Uong Bi - Dong Trieu, the construction atmosphere is also very urgent. Right on the first day of the new year, hundreds of workers simultaneously constructed 13 bridges and access roads, determined to complete the western high-speed road axis of the province in 2025.

To ensure the plan to open Lai Xuan bridge before Lunar New Year, in the first days of 2025, contractors focused on completing the installation of bridge girders and constructing the roadbed. This is the 4th road traffic corridor after National Highway 10, Bach Dang Bridge, Ben Rung Bridge connecting Quang Ninh - Hai Phong.

Quang Ninh is also focusing on speeding up the progress of the Provincial Road 333 renovation project connecting National Highway 18. The contractor is expanding and constructing the foundation to complete it synchronously with Lai Xuan Bridge.

Along with traffic works, at key civil works such as the repair of the Planning Palace, the Provincial Fair and Exhibition, the Provincial Conference Center and the new investment in the Provincial Media Center Headquarters... the construction atmosphere is very busy. In particular, the Provincial Media Center Headquarters project, after the roofing and completion of the main structure of the building, contractors are focusing on finishing, handing over and putting into use in the second quarter of 2025.

In the first days of the year, many new projects were also launched, such as: Renovation and upgrading of provincial roads 245, 327 and old apartment buildings lots 6, 7, 8, Tran Hung Dao ward (Ha Long city).
