Universities and colleges offering early childhood education programs will adjust the announcement of admission scores according to the new schedule set by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Specifically, according to Mr. Phuong, this afternoon the Ministry of Education and Training issued a notice to universities regarding the adjustment of the virtual filtering plan for admissions. According to this new plan, the virtual filtering process will last 10 rounds, with the final round taking place before 2 PM on August 22nd. The Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that before 5 PM on August 24th, universities must enter the admission scores and results into the system to announce the results of the first round of admissions.

"According to this general plan, Nha Trang University is expected to postpone the announcement of the admission scores until August 22," Mr. Phuong said.

Similarly, Master Cu Xuan Tien, Head of Admissions and Student Affairs at the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), also stated that the announcement of the cutoff scores will be postponed to the afternoon of August 22nd, right after the final virtual filtering session.

This afternoon (August 19), the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking also announced a change in the time for announcing the admission scores to 5 PM on August 22.

The University of Science (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) also plans to postpone its opening ceremony to August 23rd, instead of August 21st as previously scheduled.

The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City also plans to make the announcement on August 22nd, instead of the afternoon of August 21st as initially planned.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry is expected to announce the admission cutoff scores on the evening of August 24th.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade is expected to announce the admission scores at 6 PM on August 23rd, and enrollment will begin at 7 AM on September 24th. These timelines will be adjusted based on the Ministry of Education and Training's revised admissions and virtual filtering plan.

Many other universities have also postponed the announcement of their admission scores to August 22nd, including: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance, Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh City, etc.

The Ministry of Education and Training has adjusted the process, adding two more days for the virtual filtering and admissions review.

Previously, many universities planned to announce the first round of admission cutoff scores starting from August 20th. This plan was based on the Ministry of Education and Training's overall admissions plan after the sixth round of virtual filtering concluded on the afternoon of August 20th.

However, due to the Ministry of Education and Training's adjustment of the virtual filtering schedule for university admissions, universities have been forced to postpone the announcement of the corresponding cutoff scores by two days. The earliest candidates can know the cutoff scores for the first round of admissions is August 22nd.
