Cam Pha: Announcement of the decision to establish the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, and the City Government Party Committee.

On December 30th, the Cam Pha City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, as well as the City Government Party Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Anh Tu, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the City People's Council, presented the Decision of the City Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the City Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies under the Cam Pha City Party Committee, based on the merger of the following party organizations: the City Party Committee Agency Party Committee, the Mass Mobilization Branch Party Committee, the People's Procuracy Branch Party Committee, and the Party Branch Party Committee. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issued a Decision appointing the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, consisting of 15 members; and appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Tu, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the City People's Council, presented the Decision on the establishment of the Party Committee of the City Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Department, directly under the Cam Pha City Party Committee.

Next, the Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council presented the Decision of the City Party Committee on the establishment of the City Government Party Committee, directly under the Cam Pha City Party Committee, based on the reorganization and restructuring of the City Government Agency Party Committee. At the same time, he presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee appointing the City Government Party Committee Executive Board consisting of 15 members; and appointing Comrade Pham Le Hung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee, to the position of Secretary of the City Government Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Anh Tu, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the City People's Council, emphasized that the establishment of the Party Committees of the City's Party, Mass Organizations, People's Council, and Justice Agencies, as well as the City Government Party Committee, represents a tremendous effort and endeavor, demonstrating a proactive, exemplary, decisive, urgent, and serious approach in streamlining the organizational structure within the city's political system to ensure it is lean, efficient, effective, and efficient.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council presented the Decision of the City Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the City Government Agencies, directly under the Cam Pha City Party Committee.

The Party Secretary and Chairman of the City People's Council requested that the two Party Committees promptly develop working regulations or review, supplement, and amend existing working regulations to ensure the full implementation of their new functions and tasks. At the same time, they should adhere to the principles and regulations in the organization and personnel arrangement; maintain political stability, discipline, and order within the Party; enhance the capacity and effectiveness of post-establishment operations; ensure the normal functioning of all subordinate Party organizations, agencies, and units; and promptly prepare the necessary conditions to complete the Party Branch Congresses leading to the Party Committee Congress in accordance with regulations.
