Local authorities have implemented numerous engineering solutions, such as constructing hard embankments, soft embankments, and submerged breakwaters, investing thousands of billions of dong in the area. However, due to the destructive effects of nature, many places continue to experience erosion. The anxiety and insecurity of the people remain constant every rainy and stormy season.
