Mobile police assisted in evacuating dozens of households from deep flooded areas in Da Nang.

On the night of October 28, due to prolonged heavy rains, many low-lying areas in Hoa Tien commune (Da Nang city) were deeply flooded. Special Police Group No. 3 (Mobile Police Command) urgently deployed forces, coordinated with local authorities to assist in evacuating people to safety.

Under the direct command of Colonel Phung Toan Thang - Head of the delegation, from 10 pm to 4 am the next morning, officers and soldiers used canoes, life jackets and specialized vehicles to approach each heavily flooded area in the villages of Le Son 2, Cam Ne and An Trach. Despite heavy rain, the rescue team promptly brought 24 people out of the danger zone, including a pregnant woman, a child with high fever, a paralyzed elderly person and many elderly people, women and children.

Colonel Phung Toan Thang - Head of Special Police Group No. 3 directly commanded and coordinated with local forces to organize rescue and evacuate people from flooded areas.

Thanks to the smooth coordination, sense of responsibility and flexible rescue plan, all people in the flooded area were safely evacuated during the night.
