Certificates were awarded to participants of the Thanh Hoa Province Referee Training Course 2023.

After four days of intensive and successful work, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Referee Training Course 2023 concluded on August 10th with a closing ceremony and certificate awarding to the participants.

Leaders of the Thanh Hoa Football Federation presented certificates to the trainees.

45 trainees, including provincial-level referees, sports officials, physical education teachers, grassroots football collaborators, heads of grassroots football clubs, community football centers, and football-related businesses in the province, were equipped with and updated on professional knowledge regarding football coaching and refereeing. This aims to build a core team of football coaches and referees for districts, towns, cities, sectors, and football-related establishments.

The training course lasted four days.

This year, the training course also included practical sessions for participants to equip and enhance their skills in refereeing, match management, organizing grassroots football tournaments at the local level, and especially in organizing training and youth development through community football activities at the local level. The practical sessions were performed well by the participants, and the quality improved significantly.

In his concluding remarks at the training course, Mr. Pham Cam Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Football Federation, expressed his hope that after completing the training course and receiving certificates, the trainees would return to their localities and apply the results and knowledge gained from the training to practical situations at their respective levels, continuing to implement and organize activities effectively in their localities and units.

Mr. Pham Cam Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Football Federation, delivered the closing remarks at the training course.

At the same time, they will become active propagandists and guides, advising Party committees and local authorities at all levels to create a new shift in awareness of the importance of sports and physical education for socio-economic development, as well as the need for investment in facilities and funding for activities, contributing to the further development of the football movement in particular and sports and physical education in general in the locality and unit .

After completing the theoretical and practical tests, the trainees who met the standards were awarded certificates of completion by the Thanh Hoa Football Federation. This serves as a legal and professional basis for the trainees to continue effectively carrying out community football development work in the future. Trainees who meet the professional and technical standards will be selected by the Thanh Hoa Football Federation for further training and will be added to the team of referees officiating provincial-level tournaments in the future.
