CapitaLand spends VND10,800 billion to develop new project in Gia Lam

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has just announced the high-end project The Senique Hanoi with a total development value exceeding S$600 million (equivalent to VND 10,800 billion).

The Senique Hanoi, covering approximately 2.1 hectares, is located within the Ocean City complex. Construction is expected to begin in Q3 2024 and be completed in 2027. The project boasts convenient access to the Hanoi -Hai Phong expressway, is 30 minutes from the central financial district, and 40 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport. Upon completion of metro lines 1 and 8, the project's transportation connectivity will be further enhanced.

The project offers approximately 2,150 apartments across three 37-story towers and is being developed in two phases. Customers can choose from a variety of apartment types, from 1-bedroom units starting at 42m2 to 4-bedroom units up to 186m2. The project also includes duplex and penthouse apartments ranging from 118m2 to 430m2. The Senique Hanoi is the first project in the eastern part of Hanoi to offer bathrooms designed to safety standards for the elderly. This amenity will be included in 2-bedroom apartments of 80m2 and above, as well as 3- and 4-bedroom apartments.

Currently, over 60,000 residents live there, and the projected population is expected to reach 200,000 in the future.

CapitaLand Development is the developer behind the Lumi Hanoi project, which has generated considerable buzz due to its high selling price and large number of reservations. According to the developer, more than 3,100 apartments, equivalent to 97% of the total units introduced in the first two phases, have attracted customer interest.

To date, CLD has developed 18 housing projects in the Vietnamese market, providing more than 18,000 high-end apartments.
