Free haircuts and gifts for students in difficult circumstances

On the afternoon of August 29, the Quang Hung Commune Youth Union organized a free haircut program with the theme "A neat start to the year - a solid school year" and gave gifts to students in difficult circumstances in the commune.

In   program , 32 students in difficult circumstances   got a free haircut and 200 notebooks before the new school year,   5 students with especially difficult circumstances received gifts.
