In her response, South African President Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa once again thanked the State and people of Vietnam for the warm welcome extended to the delegation; she sent warm congratulations to Vietnam on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, assessing this as a milestone demonstrating the independent spirit, resilience, and upward striving of the Vietnamese people.
