On the afternoon of December 12, 2025, at the Presidential Palace, President Luong Cuong received the Ambassadors of Latvia, Albania, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Djibouti, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Somalia, Chad, and Paraguay who came to present their credentials and assume their duties in Vietnam.
