Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son presented Party Badges on May 19 at Vinh Quang Commune Party Committee

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son congratulated and inquired about the health of Party member Hoang Kim Tan.

Party member Hoang Kim Tan joined the Party on February 6, 1951, participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign, and later served as the militia leader of Vinh Quang commune and worked in the commune's cooperatives. Throughout his life of combat and work, he received numerous medals, commendations, and certificates of merit from various levels. He consistently performed his assigned duties well, setting a good example in adhering to the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the regulations of the residential area.
