Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan offered incense at each grave of the martyrs of the 3rd Sao Vang Division, in Dap Da ward.

On January 18, 1968, officers and soldiers of Battalion 6, Regiment 12, 3rd Sao Vang Division secretly gathered in So Nam village to prepare for the Dap Da attack campaign, opening the Mau Than campaign in Binh Dinh. The battle was fierce, our soldiers fought steadfastly, did not retreat, determined to hold the position until the last man. In this battle, 154 soldiers of Battalion 6, Regiment 12, 3rd Sao Vang Division heroically sacrificed their lives.

Before the souls of 154 martyrs who heroically sacrificed in the Mau Than Spring Campaign in 1968 in Tay Phuong Danh area, Dap Da ward, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan offered incense to commemorate and expressed his respect, infinite gratitude, and remembered the great contributions of the heroic martyrs at the Sao Vang 3rd Division Martyrs' Mass Grave Relic Site for the cause of national liberation and national reunification.
