With that in mind, on the afternoon of January 10, 2023, at the Duyet Thi Duong Theater, Hue Imperial Citadel, the Center collaborated with Dr. Amandine Dabat (French national, art history researcher, 5th-generation descendant of King Ham Nghi, who previously wrote a doctoral dissertation on the life and art of King Ham Nghi) to organize an event titled "Introduction to the Life and Art of King Ham Nghi". At the event, Dr. Amandine Dabat presented information, images, and artifacts related to the life and artistic works of King Ham Nghi, as well as some domestically collected materials, giving Vietnamese people the opportunity to admire and learn more about his life. Speaking at the presentation, Director Hoang Viet Trung emphasized that the Center is continuing its close cooperation with Dr. Amandine Dabat to share and receive important original and electronic data related to King Ham Nghi in the future. At the same time, "The Hue Imperial City Relics Conservation Center is also proposing that Thua Thien Hue province strengthen exchange and cooperation activities with the Vietnamese Embassy in France, the French School of Far Eastern Studies, the French National Overseas Archives in Aix-en-Provence, museums, researchers, collectors, and conservation experts in France to exchange and seek important historical documents related to the Nguyen Dynasty to serve research, conservation, and restoration of Hue relics in the future."
