On September 16, 2025, the An Giang Provincial Police Investigation Agency issued a wanted notice for Ly To Phuong for the crime of abusing trust to appropriate property. After hiding in many places, on the afternoon of October 15, 2025, Phuong was arrested by detectives from the Office of the An Giang Provincial Police Investigation Agency in coordination with the Binh Hoa Commune Police, An Giang Province while hiding in the commune.
Subject Cao Van Phuong.
On March 24, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of Rach Gia City Police, Kien Giang Province (now An Giang Province) issued a wanted notice for Cao Van Phuong for disturbing public order. After a period of hiding, at about 11:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025, a working group from the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with the Border Police of Tan Son Nhat International Airport to arrest Phuong as soon as he got off the plane.

On February 27, 2025, the Investigation Police Agency of An Bien District Police, Kien Giang Province (now An Giang Province) issued a wanted notice for Nguyen Van Phuc for the crime of intentionally causing injury. On the evening of October 14, 2025, Phuc was arrested by a working group of the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Provincial Police in coordination with Ba Chuc Commune Police (An Giang Province) while hiding in Ba Chuc Commune.
