Announcing the electronic information portal and social network channels of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance

On the afternoon of July 11, Social Insurance Region XXVII (HCMC) announced that it had officially announced and put into operation the electronic information portal system and official social networking channels of Social Insurance Region XXVII.

This is to effectively carry out propaganda, support and consultation on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance (SI) policies to organizations, individuals and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the same time, ensure transparency and timeliness in communication work; create conditions for people, workers and businesses to easily access information, look up and get answers to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies and regimes quickly and accurately.

Social Insurance of Region XXVII continues to warn against impersonating social insurance agencies to purchase social insurance books; offering services to resolve social insurance regimes with fees; providing false information, causing misunderstanding, affecting the legitimate rights of participants and the reputation of the social insurance industry.

Social Insurance of Region XXVII will continue to require the departments receiving documents of Social Insurance of districts, towns, cities, to strengthen strict control when receiving documents requesting to settle one-time social insurance benefits of employees, check the legality of the authorization letter or special authorization contract, especially the authorization for one person to receive one-time social insurance benefits multiple times. Note the verification of cases of authorizing other people (not relatives) to do procedures related to the social insurance records of employees.

Social Insurance of Region XXVII affirms that all procedures for resolving social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes and policies are carried out free of charge in accordance with the provisions of law.
