Announcement of inspection conclusions at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Transport and Dong Nai province

At the announcement, representatives of the inspection team presented the full text of Inspection Conclusions No. 361/KL-TTCP, No. 362/KL-TTCP, and No. 363/KL-TTCP dated September 30, 2024, issued by the Inspector General, regarding the inspection of the responsibility of officials and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to citizens and businesses at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transport , and Dong Nai province.

At the announcement of the inspection conclusions, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Quy Kien, Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Danh Huy, and Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Dong Nai province Nguyen Huu Dinh respectfully thanked the Government Inspectorate and the Inspection Team for their impartiality and objectivity, and acknowledged the achievements of ministries, sectors, and provinces in the performance of duties by officials and civil servants in resolving administrative procedures and providing public services to citizens and businesses. In addition, the Inspection Team pointed out shortcomings and limitations in the performance of duties by officials and civil servants in resolving administrative procedures and providing public services to citizens and businesses in ministries, sectors, and localities.

Representatives from ministries, departments, and Dong Nai province unanimously agreed with the content of the inspection report and affirmed that they would seriously direct their units to strictly implement the conclusions of the Government Inspectorate. They also expressed their desire for continued support and cooperation from the Government Inspectorate in the implementation of the inspection report and pledged to submit a full report to the Government Inspectorate within the stipulated timeframe.

At the announcement of the inspection conclusions, Mr. Pham Minh Thanh, Head of Department 1, Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Processing Bureau, requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transport, and Dong Nai province to develop a plan to implement the inspection conclusions and seriously implement the recommendations in the inspection conclusions within the prescribed timeframe.

Concluding the announcement of the inspection findings, Mr. Hoang Hung, Director of Department I, Government Inspectorate, emphasized that the announcement of the inspection findings was conducted in accordance with the law.

Mr. Hoang Hung, Director of Department I, highly appreciated the decisive and serious direction given by the units in implementing the inspection conclusions, especially the fact that many contents were implemented immediately during the inspection process. The Director of Department I requested that, within the prescribed time (10-15 days), the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transport, and Dong Nai province immediately direct the implementation of the contents as recommended in the inspection conclusions. For contents that cannot be implemented immediately, the units need to issue a plan for early implementation, including assigning the lead unit, coordinating units, implementation progress, etc., and report the results to the Government Inspectorate in the first quarter of 2025.
