On April 11, the High-Tech Park Training Center (SHTP Training), part of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP), in collaboration with SUN Edu International Education Joint Stock Company and AMD Group, organized a training course on artificial intelligence (AI) application skills for civil servants and public employees working at SHTP.

The training course gathered nearly 200 officers and civil servants from many departments of the SHTP Management Board, demonstrating the commitment to innovation and application of modern technology in administrative work, marking an important step in the digital transformation journey at SHTP, contributing to building a modern, flexible and effective administrative system, meeting development requirements in the digital age.

Through the training program, learners will be guided on the core principles of building effective commands, how to optimize commands to get accurate and useful AI results, as well as apply AI to professional jobs such as office, administration, etc. In the coming time, SUN Edu and AMD will continue to expand training programs to help civil servants and public employees keep up with technology trends and apply AI effectively.

Speaking at the training session, Associate Professor Dr. Le Quoc Cuong, Deputy Head of SHTP Management Board, emphasized the application of AI in professional work because AI not only automates work processes but also contributes to improving work efficiency, optimizing administrative tasks, etc. The application of AI is an essential step for state agencies to adapt to the trend of digitalization and modernization.
