Summary of the emulation movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" among female union members and workers for the period 2020-2025.

TKV Trade Union received congratulatory flowers from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor .

The program is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union on October 20 (1930-2025); the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group on October 10 (1995-2025); the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Tradition Day - Coal Industry Tradition on November 12 (1936-2025); and welcome the Congress of Trade Unions at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female union members and workers is a major movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. At TKV Trade Union, the movement has really gone into depth, becoming a driving force for female workers in the whole industry to constantly strive, affirming their mettle, intelligence and important role in production - business and building a strong trade union organization.

According to the report at the conference, in 5 years of implementing the movement, TKV has had 2,900 initiatives, technical improvements and 660 projects and products undertaken by female employees , bringing practical economic and technical values , contributing to improving productivity, quality and labor efficiency. Most female employees of TKV actively build happy, cultured families, raise healthy children , teach good children, maintain a civilized lifestyle... As a result, 263 collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the TKV Trade Union; 5 individuals were awarded the Certificate of Creative Labor by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 8 individuals received the Medal "For the Development of Vietnamese Women"; 88 individuals were honored in the program "Glory of Miners"...

At the conference, TKV Trade Union commended and rewarded 30 collectives and 95 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at home work" for the period 2020-2025. At the same time, TKV Trade Union also launched a campaign to support people in flood-hit areas to overcome damage ; announced a total budget of 1 billion 290 million VND for 12 grassroots Trade Union units to implement the Project to support female workers in difficult circumstances to develop family economy (phase 4) of TKV Trade Union.
