Mong Cai international border gate welcomes more than 4.9 million visitors

Of which, at Mong Cai International Border Gate (Bac Luan I) there were 4,792,064 arrivals, an increase of 87.6% over the same period in 2023; Bac Luan II Border Gate had 190,177 arrivals.

Of the 4,792,064 people entering and exiting through Mong Cai International Border Gate (Bac Luan I), there were 2,397,218 people entering, an increase of 88% over the same period in 2023, and 2,394,846 people exiting, an increase of 87.3% over the same period in 2023.

Many international tourist groups returned to Quang Ninh after the storm.

At Bac Luan II Border Gate, there were 83,966 entries and 106,211 exits.

The Mong Cai International Border Gate Management Board and the functional forces of the border gate block always ensure security, order and environmental sanitation in the border gate area; ensure the inspection and supervision of goods passing through the border gate, and ensure quick and convenient import and export activities.

Previously, on September 13, almost all 180 tourist ships visiting and staying in Ha Long City were ready to welcome tourists back after Quang Ninh province allowed tourist ships to operate to transport tourists to visit Ha Long Bay.

Immediately after the storm passed, many tourist groups, especially international tourists, still came to Quang Ninh.
