The transaction is expected to be carried out from now (February 26) to March 27 through negotiation and order matching methods.

Mr. Nguyen Van Kha registered to sell all 717,920 NTL shares of Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Lideco, code NTL - HoSE floor), equivalent to 0.58% of the capital of this unit due to personal financial needs.

Mr. Kha has been the Chairman of Lideco's Board of Directors for about 20 years and just left the position at the annual general meeting of shareholders in April 2024. Lideco's founding shareholders have registered to sell shares many times.

Currently, Mr. Khiem owns more than 1.85 million NTL shares, equivalent to 1.52% of capital. Mr. Nguyen Hong Khiem, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Nam Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company, is Mr. Kha's son.

The transaction is expected to be carried out from February 26 to March 27 through negotiation and order matching. Previously, from 2024 to now, Mr. Kha has continuously sold NTL shares.

Recently, Nam Tu Liem Urban Development announced its 2025 business plan with total revenue of VND80 billion and pre-tax profit of VND30 billion, down 95% and 95% respectively compared to the previous year. This will be an unprecedented low profit level in the history of this enterprise.

Previously, the company had two consecutive years of large profits. In 2024, net revenue reached more than 1,441 billion VND, up 58% compared to 2023; after-tax profit reached nearly 608 billion VND, up 67% compared to 2023 and a record high for the company.

According to the company, the impressive business results in 2024 come from the recognition of revenue and profit from the sale of products at the Bai Muoi Urban Area Project, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The Bai Muoi Urban Area Project has a scale of 23 hectares, a construction density of 48%, including adjacent villas, commercial townhouses and low-income apartments, along with accompanying utilities. The project was started on March 6, 2018 and started selling from the beginning of December 2023. Previously, the New Urban Area North of National Highway 32 (Hoai Duc District, Hanoi ) was the main revenue-contributing project for Lideco.

On the stock market, NTL stock price is trading at 17,850 VND/share, down about 24% compared to 6 months ago.
