Mr. Tran Van Hoang, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Construction, has just signed a notice regarding the list of land plots for bidding on investment projects using land in Da Nang city in 2024-2025.

In this announcement, the Da Nang Department of Construction publicly disclosed five land plots for bidding on social housing construction projects.

Specifically, the land plot A2-4, located on Ngu Hanh Son Street and the access road to Tien Son Bridge (My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District), has an area of ​​0.71 hectares.

Da Nang city will continue to invest in many social housing projects.

The current land area of ​​Hoa Minh Apartment Complex (Thanh Khe Tay Ward, Thanh Khe District) is 0.82 hectares.

Plot A1-7, Chu Huy Man Street (Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District) has an area of ​​0.48 hectares.

Plot B3, located in Zone E (Phase 1) of the Nam Cau Cam Le residential area (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district), covers an area of ​​1.06 hectares.

The projects include apartment buildings at 10 Trinh Cong Son Street; Hoa Minh apartment complex; social housing at plot A1-7 Chu Huy Man Street; social housing at plot A2-4, Ngu Hanh Son Street and the access road to Tuyen Son Bridge; and the social housing project at plot B3 in area E (phase 1) – Nam Cau Cam Le residential area, with a scale of approximately 3,300 apartments.

It is known that in 2025, Da Nang City will also continue to complete the project of the concentrated student dormitory area in the West and the expanded West in Hoa Khanh Industrial Urban Area with 728 units.

In addition, the selection of investors for two social housing projects at apartment plots No. 3 and No. 5 in Zone B - Nam Cam Le Bridge Residential Area, with a scale of 1,955 units, has been completed.

The city of Da Nang is also collaborating with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to implement a project providing trade union facilities and housing, with a scale of 700 units.
