Da Nang City publicly announced 5 land plots for bidding for social housing construction investment projects, with a total area of over 3.6 hectares.
Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang, Mr. Tran Van Hoang has just signed a notice on the list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in Da Nang city in 2024-2025.
In this announcement, the Department of Construction of Da Nang has publicly announced 5 land plots for bidding for social housing construction investment projects.
Specifically, Land plot A2-4, Ngu Hanh Son street and the road leading to Tien Son bridge (My An ward, Ngu Hanh Son district), the land plot has an area of 0.71 ha.

Current land of Hoa Minh Apartment Complex (Thanh Khe Tay Ward, Thanh Khe District), has an area of 0.82ha.
Land lot A1-7, Chu Huy Man street (Nai Hien Dong ward, Son Tra district) area 0.48ha
Land lot B3 belongs to Area E (phase 1) - Residential area Nam Cam Le bridge (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district) with an area of 1.06 ha.
Land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son (Hoa Cuong Nam ward, Hai Chau district), area 0.57ha.
Apartment projects at 10 Trinh Cong Son; Hoa Minh apartment complex; social housing at lot A1-7 Chu Huy Man street; social housing at lot A2-4, Ngu Hanh Son street and the road leading to Tuyen Son bridge and social housing project at lot B3 in area E (phase 1) - Residential area Nam Cau Cam Le with a scale of about 3,300 apartments.
It is known that in 2025, Da Nang City will also continue to complete the Western and Western expanded student dormitory project in Hoa Khanh Industrial Urban Area with 728 units.
In addition, completing the selection of investors for 2 social housing projects at Apartment Land Area No. 3 and No. 5 in Area B - Residential Area Nam Cam Le Bridge with a scale of 1,955 apartments.
Da Nang City also coordinated with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to implement the Trade Union Institution and Housing Project with a scale of 700 units.
