The policy to attract doctors to work at public health facilities under the Department of Health of Da Nang city for the period 2023-2025 was approved by the People's Council of Da Nang city at the 10th session with Resolution No. 95/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 15, 2022.
In 2023, 15 candidates passed the civil servant recruitment exam under the policy of attracting doctors to public health facilities in Da Nang city.

Attracting doctors with a university degree or higher in the form of receiving or recruiting civil servants according to job position requirements and staffing targets, the number of employees assigned in the approved job position project at difficult-to-attract and difficult-to-recruit positions of public health units under the Department of Health of Da Nang city over many years.
The difficult positions to recruit are PhD, level II specialist; resident doctor, master, level I specialist and general practitioner.
Successful doctors will receive specific support levels: Doctors with a doctorate degree receive 200 times the basic salary; Level 2 specialists receive 180 times the basic salary; Resident doctors receive 150 times the basic salary; Masters and level 1 specialists receive 120 times the basic salary; Excellent general practitioners receive 100 times the basic salary; Good general practitioners receive 80 times the basic salary; General practitioners (average and good) receive 50 times the basic salary.
The basic salary is determined to calculate the one-time subsidy for the attracted subjects. This is the basic salary according to the Government 's regulations at the time the competent authority approves the list of successful civil servants according to the human resource attraction policy.
