Provincial National Assembly delegates met with voters in Phuoc Trung and Phuoc Ninh communes.

On October 4th, National Assembly deputies from the province (constituency number 2), including Ms. Dang Thi My Huong, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan, Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association, met with voters in Phuoc Trung commune (Bac Ai district) and Phuoc Ninh commune (Thuan Nam district).

After hearing the report on the planned agenda for the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly, voters in Phuoc Trung commune proposed several local issues, including: promptly resolving compensation for land expropriated in the O Cam dam area; considering the recognition of Dong Day village as a particularly disadvantaged village; researching investment in the construction of secondary and tertiary irrigation canal systems to bring water to production areas; and paying attention to policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution. Voters in Phuoc Ninh commune proposed the early connection between Song Bieu and Tan Giang reservoirs and investment in a water canal system to serve the people's production; and the early investment in upgrading Provincial Road 709 to ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles.

The delegation of National Assembly representatives from the province (electoral district No. 2) met with voters in Phuoc Ninh commune (Thuan Nam district).

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation requested that localities coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly address voters' requests. For some requests falling under the central government's jurisdiction, the delegation will compile and study them, then forward them to the relevant ministries and agencies for consideration and resolution in the next session.
