During the period 2022-2024, the total budget allocated for the implementation of the three national target programs in the district was over 768.7 billion VND. To date, the entire district has disbursed over 314.3 billion VND, reaching 40.9%.
Specifically, the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction disbursed 52.2%; the National Target Program for New Rural Development disbursed 84.5%; and the National Target Program for Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas disbursed 26.5%.

The reasons for slow disbursement and low disbursement rates are due to obstacles related to planning, compensation, and land clearance... In addition, some projects and sub-projects of the three National Target Programs are awaiting guidance documents from central ministries and agencies.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the difficulties and obstacles encountered during the implementation process. Based on this, specific solutions were proposed to address these issues and contribute to accelerating the disbursement progress.
Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Committee Tran Nam Thuan emphasized that slow disbursement of funds and low disbursement rates will affect many socio-economic development indicators of the locality.

Mr. Thuan requested that leaders of departments, units, and the People's Committees of communes must be decisive and focused in implementing the plan, resolving obstacles and prioritizing the interests of the people.
Units must implement solutions synchronously to accelerate the implementation of projects and disburse funds from the three national target programs. At the same time, they must strengthen inspection and supervision of implementation, aiming for substantive, in-depth, effective, and sustainable development.
