Dak Lak supports consulting for small and medium enterprises in technology transfer and intellectual property

DNVN - The Department of Science and Technology of Dak Lak province has just announced a program to support consulting on digital transformation, intellectual property, technology transfer, standards, technical regulations, measurement, and quality for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province in 2025.

According to the announcement, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will receive various forms of important support, including advice on establishing ownership rights, protecting intellectual property rights, and technology transfer consulting. In addition, the program includes other diverse support such as consulting on digital transformation solutions, support for leasing or purchasing digital transformation solutions, consulting on technical standards and regulations, measurement, and quality, and support in carrying out procedures for trial production, testing, inspection, and quality certification.

Regarding the application process and required documents for support, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) should submit one set of application documents to the Department of Science and Technology at 8 Ly Thai To Street, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province for consideration. The application for support includes: A declaration form as prescribed in Appendix 1 of Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP. This form must clearly state the content and amount of budget requested for support, along with a price quotation from the supplier (if any); and any documents and records directly related to the proposed support (if any).

In particular, for consulting support on standards, technical regulations, measurement, quality and support for implementing procedures on trial production, inspection, appraisal, quality certification, small and medium enterprises need to supplement documents identifying enterprises participating in industry clusters and value chains in the production and processing sector according to the provisions of Articles 16 and 17 of Circular No. 06/2022/TT-BKHĐT.
