Dak Lak: Get traffic violation handling number via Zalo OA application

To help citizens be more proactive in handling administrative procedures in the field of traffic violations, the Traffic Police Department (Dak Lak Provincial Police) has implemented the form of getting a queue number online via the Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA) application.

Accordingly, there are 6 steps to perform, specifically as follows: Step 1: Access the Zalo OA application; Step 2: In the search toolbar, enter the information " Dak Lak Traffic Police Department CAT"; Step 3: Select the Zalo OA account of Dak Lak Traffic Police Department CAT, click "Interested"; Step 4: Send the message "Process"; Step 5: Select "Press the number to make an appointment"; Step 6: Confirm the information.

People do administrative procedures at the Traffic Police Department (Dak Lak Provincial Police).

To ensure the procedure process goes smoothly, the Traffic Police Department has some important notes for citizens: each citizen can get a queue number once a day; numbers from 01 to 50 will be received from 7:30 to 10:30 (except holidays); numbers from 50 to 100 will be received from 1:30 to 4:00 (except holidays).

In case of late appointment, the Traffic Police Department will refuse to process; to continue with the administrative procedure, citizens are requested to dial the number again from the beginning.
