Dak Nong announced 6 retirement decisions according to Decree No. 178

Comrades Vo Pham Xuan Lam, Standing Committee member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; and Tran Van Nam, Provincial Party Committee member and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, attended the meeting.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department has announced the decisions on early retirement in accordance with Government Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024, for 6 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, effective from July 1, 2025.

Comrades Vo Pham Xuan Lam, Standing Committee Member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; and Tran Van Nam, Provincial Party Committee Member and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, presented the retirement decisions and offered flowers to congratulate the retiring officials.

Specifically, the comrades are: Le Khac Ghi, Provincial Party Committee member, Principal of the Provincial Political School; Nguyen Ba Ba, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Nguyen Trong Hung, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Vi Duc Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Gia Nghia City Party Committee; Nguyen Van Quoc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council of Krong No District; and Vo Ngoc Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Cu Jut District Party Committee.

Comrade Vo Pham Xuan Lam, Standing Committee member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, expressed his hope that, even after leaving their positions, the officials would continue to work alongside their new localities and provinces.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Vo Pham Xuan Lam, Standing Committee member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, assessed that the retired officials in this batch have always strictly adhered to and complied with the organization's assignments, fostered internal unity, and contributed to the organization, agency, and the people.

The early retirement of officials has significantly contributed to the task of reorganizing the provincial administrative structure. As a result, the reorganization of the administrative structure in 28 wards and communes has been completed to date.

Comrade Le Khac Ghi, Provincial Party Committee member and Principal of the Provincial Political School, stated that retirement aims to create conditions and an environment for the younger generation to strive, contribute, train, and grow.

From July 1, 2025, localities will begin operating under the new model. District-level operations will cease. Dak Nong province will merge with Binh Thuan and Lam Dong provinces to expand its development space and potential.

Comrade Vo Pham Xuan Lam expressed his hope that, even after leaving their positions, the former officials would continue to work alongside their new localities and provinces, offering suggestions to help the next generation of officials fulfill their roles and responsibilities, and build their new localities into increasingly developed and worthy places.
