The Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises summarizes the first 6 months of 2024

On the afternoon of July 12th, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc held a conference to review the work of the first six months of the year and to implement key tasks for the last six months of 2024. Attending the conference was Comrade Tran Van Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc.

Overview of the conference

In the first six months of 2024, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, under the leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee; and with the determination and efforts of all cadres, Party members, and workers in the entire Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Bloc successfully led and directed the completion of assigned political tasks, thereby contributing to the province achieving and exceeding the set targets. In particular, the cadres and Party members in the committees of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial People's Council excelled in developing and promulgating mechanisms and policies, ensuring quality and timeliness in accordance with the 2024 work program. They promptly advised, concretized, and effectively implemented the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council and the programs and plans of the Central Government.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc chaired the meeting.

Party organizations at the grassroots level within enterprise units have made significant efforts in production and business activities, achieving positive results. The total revenue of the 31 enterprise units in the Bloc is estimated at VND 28,878.49 billion, contributing VND 556.07 billion to the State budget; these units consistently ensure stable employment for workers, with an average income of VND 9.94 million; and they have generally fulfilled their obligations regarding tax payments, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.

Party organizations at the grassroots level in cultural and social units, hospitals, and schools; Party committees and branches in judicial and internal affairs agencies; Party committees and branches in press agencies, political and social organizations, and professional and specialized associations... have led and directed cadres and Party members to effectively organize many emulation movements and successfully fulfill the political tasks of their units and sectors.

Party building work has achieved many positive results, notably the education , training, and development of new Party members among students. The entire bloc organized 9 training courses on Party awareness for 1,187 outstanding individuals (exceeding the plan by 71.6%), including 721 students; and admitted 368 new Party members, including 186 students (achieving 61.33% of the plan).

Delivering a guiding speech at the conference, Tran Van Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, acknowledged, praised, and congratulated the outstanding results achieved by the Party Committee of the Bloc in the past year. He also emphasized that 2024 is a year of special significance, a year of acceleration and breakthrough to reach the finish line, a year playing a key and decisive role in completing the goals and tasks of the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 20th Party Congress of the Bloc, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

To successfully achieve the goals and tasks for the last six months of the year, Tran Van Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, proposed that Party committees and organizations in agencies, units, and enterprises should focus on leading and directing their respective agencies and units to proactively develop and implement plans to achieve the highest possible results in fulfilling the political goals and tasks of the province, the sector, and the unit. In particular, each Party organization and cadre and Party member must play a pioneering, exemplary, creative, and proactive role in advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and agencies, units, and enterprises to successfully implement resolutions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the sector, especially Resolution No. 58-NQ/TW of the Politburo; the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; and the three-year review of the implementation of Resolution No. 37 of the National Assembly on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Thanh Hoa province...

Regarding Party building work, it is necessary to continue innovating and improving the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education, information dissemination, propaganda, and the activities of lecturers. Organize the dissemination and develop specific plans to implement tasks related to the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024, of the Politburo and the guidance and instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. Focus on reviewing, evaluating, and preparing a good source of personnel, ensuring the structure, standards, and procedures comply with the regulations and guidelines of higher-level Party committees, meeting the requirements of personnel work for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Simultaneously, it is necessary to continue implementing and synchronously carrying out innovative solutions to improve the quality of Party committee and branch meetings. Strengthen the management of cadres and Party members and do a good job of protecting internal political security. Strive to exceed the targets for admitting new Party members assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Implement and complete the inspection and supervision program and plan for 2024; organize a review of the three-year implementation of Conclusion No. 81-KL/ĐUK on improving the quality of inspection and supervision work of the Party Committee of the Bloc. Innovate the content and methods, and improve the effectiveness of the activities of mass organizations, focusing strongly on the grassroots; implement the work of promoting learning and talent, building a learning society; lead the building of model agencies and units, and exemplary citizens.
