For the fields of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Traditional Medicine: Applicants must have achieved a "Good" academic rating in 12th grade, and have an average score of 24.0 or higher in the three subjects of the admission test combination.

For Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, and Medical Imaging Technology majors: Applicants must have a GPA of "Good" or higher in 12th grade, and an average score of 19.5 or higher in the three subjects of the admission test combination.
