Chi Bao and his passion for collecting ceramics.
Chi Bảo's passion for collecting antique ceramics began when he participated in the "Understanding the Heart" program, which conveyed the message of seeking out the most fundamental aspects of humanity, from discovering happiness to finding true joy. Realizing that learning about ceramics resonated with his own work, Chi Bảo gradually developed a love for it and embarked on this journey. "Looking at these antiques evokes strong emotions in me, and I hope many others will share that feeling," he expressed.
“For many people, collecting a lot is what truly matters; if there are too few, they don't care much. But I will accumulate what those people have collected. Some items they have kept for nearly 20-30 years. I cherish almost all the artifacts and go to great lengths to bring them back. Among them, the Phung Nguyen culture leaves me with the most special feelings,” Chi Bao confided.
