One of the important driving forces for the development of Dinh My is the effective implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization". The movement is creatively integrated into patriotic emulation activities and the new rural construction program. Thanks to that, the strength of the great national unity bloc is enhanced, mobilizing more and more social resources to realize the local political goals. Every year, agencies and units register more than 60 models, including collective and individual models, covering all fields of economy, culture - society, national defense, security and political system building.

The "Godmother" gesture is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of mutual love and community solidarity in Dinh My. At the end of August, in response to this meaningful program, the leaders of the People's Procuracy of Region 10 visited and presented 3 million VND to Phan Anh Minh (motherless due to the COVID-19 pandemic), residing in Trung Phu 2 Hamlet, Dinh My Commune. More importantly, the unit affirmed that it would support Minh with 500,000 VND/month until she turns 18 years old. Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Dinh My Commune Truong Thi Man said that this action not only provides material support but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping Minh overcome difficulties and excel in her studies and life.

The field of education and training is also a bright spot. After 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Executive Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, the quality of education in Dinh My has clearly changed. School facilities have been invested in, upgraded and expanded. The whole commune currently has 12 schools, of which 10 schools meet national standards level 1.

Along with improving the quality of teaching and learning, the movement to encourage learning, encourage talents and build a learning society is increasingly developing. The commune's learning and talent encouragement fund is currently over 2.4 billion VND. The learning and talent encouragement fund of Dinh My Secondary School alone is over 1.1 billion VND. These figures demonstrate the attention of the government and people to education, and at the same time demonstrate the studiousness and progressive spirit of Dinh My people. Mr. Tran Quang Xuyen - Chairman of the Management Board of the Learning and Talent Encouragement Fund of Dinh My Secondary School said: "In 2022, the school announced that the learning and talent encouragement fund reached 1.12 billion VND. Over the years, the fund has supported scholarships for hundreds of students who used to study at the school from the annual surplus interest. At the same time, it rewards teachers and students with outstanding achievements in teaching activities; supports textbooks and gives health insurance cards to students in difficult circumstances."

In addition to education, vocational training and job creation have also been implemented effectively. Dinh My commune organizes many vocational training classes, helping people gain skills, find jobs, and increase their income, thereby achieving remarkable results in poverty reduction. Currently, the whole commune has only 41 poor households, accounting for 0.52% and 102 near-poor households, accounting for 1.29% of the commune's population.

The housing support program for poor, near-poor, disadvantaged households and policy families has also been effectively implemented. During the term, the commune built 245 houses, including 2 gratitude houses, 1 comrade house and 242 solidarity houses, with a total cost of more than 12 billion VND. With new houses, people have a stable place to live, feel secure in working, producing and improving their lives.

According to the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Dinh My commune, from the achievements, the Party Committee of the commune has set new, breakthrough goals for the 2025 - 2030 term, promoting the strength of national solidarity, mobilizing all resources to invest in comprehensive development. The commune will focus on exploiting potentials and advantages, prioritizing investment in completing socio-economic infrastructure, creating breakthroughs in the fields of industry, trade, services and tourism. At the same time, Dinh My continues to improve the quality of new rural criteria, towards building a model new rural commune. Digital transformation will be a practical direction, closely linked to people's lives, contributing to creating a new, more dynamic, developed and modern appearance of Dinh My.
