The Vuong family mansion in Sa Phin commune (Dong Van district) is a relic site that clearly reflects the life of the "King of the Meo" - Vuong Chinh Duc nearly a century ago. According to many recorded documents, the Vuong family mansion was built in 1919, the residence of Mr. Vuong Chinh Duc, a wealthy local chieftain in the rocky plateau who was revered as king by the Mong people, ruling over a large area including 4 highland districts of Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van, Meo Vac.
