Joining the delegation, on the side of Dien Bien province, were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office and a number of provincial departments and branches.
At the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple and A1 Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, respectfully expressed gratitude, and commemorated General Vo Nguyen Giap, along with cadres, soldiers, youth volunteers, frontline workers; the army and people who fought bravely and sacrificed to create the Dien Bien Phu victory. Before the heroic martyrs, with a heart of sincere gratitude, the delegation vowed to live, fight, and study following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh , promote the heroic Dien Bien Phu tradition, continue to make efforts with the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, building an increasingly prosperous and prosperous Vietnam.
During the program, the delegation also visited the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum and admired the Panorama painting recreating the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
